This notice explains how [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME] (the operator of Let is play, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal information when you use our app, rewards features and associated services. Our API service uses https://api.letisplay.com/. For privacy requests, contact [PRIVACY AND SUPPORT EMAIL]. Effective date: [EFFECTIVE DATE].
This notice describes data practices; it does not itself grant device permissions or replace consent where consent is legally required. Third-party games, offer providers and payment services have their own notices, which apply to their services.
1. Information processed
- Account information. Account identifiers and authentication information used for guest access or login. If you choose Google sign-in, this can include your Google account identifier, name, email address and profile picture. Authentication services process login credentials and tokens; do not send passwords to support.
- Offer and rewards activity. Offers viewed or started, relevant app installation and launch status, app usage time, task progress, completion confirmations, reward transactions, referral identifiers, check-ins, Sparks, promotional entries and redemption records. Offer partners may report milestones, qualifying purchases or other task events where these form part of an offer.
- Information you submit. Onboarding or optional survey answers, support messages, task form answers, and images or other evidence you choose to upload. Avoid including unrelated or sensitive personal information in uploads.
- Redemption information. Depending on the payment method, recipient name, payment email, phone number, account name or payment-service identifier, together with request and transaction status. The payment provider may collect additional information directly under its own notice.
- Device, network and attribution information. Android ID, advertising identifier where available, device and operating-system information, app/package version, language, IP address, approximate country or region derived from network information, campaign/referral information, notification tokens, app interactions and diagnostic/crash information.
- Integrity and installation checks. Information available to the app about relevant installed packages, usage records, device or system settings and integrity signals, such as emulator/root/debug status, VPN/proxy indicators, SIM status and enabled automation/accessibility service indicators. These checks support eligibility, security and detection of invalid activity. Access varies with Android version and permissions.
2. Why information is used
We use information to operate accounts and features; present offers; attribute installs and verify task eligibility and progress; calculate and deliver valid rewards; process redemptions; respond to support and privacy requests; operate reminders and notifications; measure campaigns and app performance; investigate errors, abuse and disputed activity; and meet legal obligations.
Where a law requires a legal basis, the applicable basis depends on the activity: providing a requested service or performing a contract, complying with law, pursuing proportionate legitimate interests where permitted, or obtaining consent where required. Refusing optional permissions may disable the related feature. Mandatory service or fraud checks do not make every unrelated form of tracking necessary.
4. Permissions and related controls
- Usage Access: helps verify relevant game/app usage and playtime tasks. You can revoke it in Android settings. Related task verification may then be unavailable or incomplete.
- Display over other apps and foreground operation: supports the floating task/progress assistant. You can turn off overlay access in Android settings.
- Notifications: enables reminders and service or promotional updates. Manage this in system notification settings.
- Calendar access: supports optional reminders you choose to add. Review the system permission prompt and manage or delete created events in your calendar app.
- Selected files or images: the system picker lets you choose evidence for a task or support request. Only upload material you intend to provide.
You can also manage advertising-ID and relevant advertising preferences through your device settings. Changing an identifier or revoking a permission does not automatically delete information already lawfully processed. Our Disclaimer & Permissions Notice provides a short explanation of feature limitations.
5. Local storage, links and web content
The app and its SDKs use local storage and identifiers for login, preferences, task state, attribution and diagnostics. Offer links and embedded or external webpages may use cookies or similar technologies under their operators’ policies. Browser or device controls can restrict some of these technologies. Where required by law, relevant consent or opt-out controls must be made available.
6. Retention, international processing and security
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for its stated purpose, including account operation, pending rewards or payouts, fraud prevention, disputes and legal recordkeeping. Retention needs differ by record type. Deleting an account does not require immediate deletion of records that must be retained by law or are reasonably needed for an unresolved dispute; retained information should be restricted to those purposes.
Providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Applicable transfer requirements and safeguards must be respected. Contact us for information about the locations and safeguards relevant to your data.
We use measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss and misuse. No system is completely secure. Report a suspected account or data-security issue through the contact channel below.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain advertising-related disclosures. You may also have the right to appeal a decision, use an authorized agent, or complain to a privacy regulator. We may need proportionate information to verify a request. We will respond as required by the law that applies to you.
To request account deletion in the app, use Me → Settings → Delete Account and review the confirmation. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your server account. Consider pending redemptions before deletion. You can also send an account deletion or privacy request to [PRIVACY AND SUPPORT EMAIL]. We do not require you to disclose your password to exercise these rights.
Withdrawing consent does not invalidate earlier processing that was lawful. We will explain if a requested change prevents a particular feature from functioning. Rights and remedies required by law are not waived by this policy.
8. Age eligibility
The service is intended for adults aged 18 or over and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the service, contact us so we can review the issue and take appropriate action.
9. Updates
We may update this notice as our practices change. Published versions will state their effective or updated date. Material changes will be communicated as required, and additional consent will be requested where the law requires it. A policy update is not permission for undisclosed or incompatible use of information.
