1. Rewards are conditional, not guaranteed income
Offers can provide rewards only when their eligibility requirements and completion rules are met and the relevant activity is verified. Potential reward amounts, illustrations, chest animations, examples and pending balances do not guarantee a payment or future earnings.
Let is play is not an employer, bank or investment service. App units, including Points/Coins and Sparks, are used according to the applicable feature rules. The Wallet identifies which units and rewards are redeemable, with applicable thresholds, availability and review requirements. No universal exchange rate or fixed processing time is promised by this notice.
Chance-based promotions do not guarantee a particular result. Refer to each activity’s rules and participate only where eligible and lawful. Do not make a third-party purchase in reliance on a predicted reward.
2. Independent games, offers and payment providers
Third-party games, offers, websites, app stores and payment providers operate independently and have their own terms and privacy practices. Google, Google Play, PayPal and other third-party names identify their owners’ services; displaying a name or a reward option does not mean they sponsor or endorse Let is play.
Attribution delays, unavailable partner data, unmet rules, network problems or an incorrect installation path can affect progress verification. Review each offer before starting and contact support about a disputed result. This notice does not remove our responsibility for our own service or any obligation imposed by law.
3. Device access: purpose and choice
The items below explain features that may be available in the app. This notice does not mean access has already been granted. Android permissions and special-access settings are managed separately; availability varies with device and operating-system version.
- Usage Access: reads relevant app usage records so playtime and launch-related tasks can be checked. Declining or revoking it may prevent verification of related tasks. Manage it in Android’s Usage Access settings.
- Display over other apps: supports the floating task assistant or progress window. You can disable this special access in Android settings.
- Foreground operation: supports active task/progress features while they are running and may display a system notification.
- Notifications: enables task, reward or reminder messages. You can disable notifications in system settings.
- Calendar: supports reminders you choose to add. Review the permission prompt and manage created reminders in the calendar app.
- Image or file selection: allows you to select evidence for an offer or a support request. Check selected content before upload.
- Network, device and app information: supports communication with the service, task attribution, diagnostics and integrity checks. Relevant identifiers, installed-package status and device/security signals may be processed as explained in the Privacy Policy. These do not all use a standard runtime permission prompt.
Google sign-in, Firebase, AppsFlyer, offer partners and payment services may process relevant information as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not represent that no information is shared with third parties. You can exercise applicable data rights through the privacy contact below.
4. Technical availability and information
Features and content may change or become temporarily unavailable. We aim to display useful and accurate information, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free third-party tracking. If information appears inconsistent, retain the relevant offer details and ask support before relying on a displayed estimate.
Do not send passwords or one-time authentication codes to anyone claiming to verify rewards. Use the contact channels shown in the app and this notice.
5. Rights that remain protected
This notice does not exclude any mandatory consumer, privacy or other statutory right, authorize unfair treatment, or limit liability where the law prohibits doing so. Valid reward claims remain subject to their offer terms and applicable law. It does not change a promise expressly made in an applicable offer or payment confirmation.
